We're excited to share that visitation will resume at the NeuroCare Campus on March 18th for clients in the 100/200/300 halls. Today we were notified of a new COVID-19 positive team member, however this positive case does not impact our facility. Contact tracing confirmed that the team member had a known exposure from an external source and has not worked multiple days prior to having their exposure. As a result of this investigation findings as aligned with guidelines from the MDHHS, we can continue visitations on March 18th as scheduled.
As always, the safety of our clients, staff, and visitors is our top priority. Our COVID-19 Watch team has carefully reviewed the new guidelines and is taking extra precautions to protect our clients, staff, and families during visits. We appreciate you adhering to the following guidelines to make your visit as enjoyable and safe as possible and look forward to seeing you soon! You can also find our Indoor Visitation Guidelines on our website as well as our client and staff pending and confirmed COVID-19 cases.
