NEUROCARE CAMPUS INDOOR VISITATION GUIDELINES
Last week, we shared the long-awaited news that the state is allowing indoor visits at long-term-care facilities like the NeuroCare Campus with no new cases of COVID-19 within 14 days. We're so excited to welcome visitors back to Special Tree starting March 11, 2021! As always, the safety of our clients, staff, and visitors is our top priority. Our COVID-19 Watch team has carefully reviewed the new Executive Order and is taking extra precautions to protect our clients, staff, and families during visits. We appreciate you adhering to the following guidelines to make your visit as enjoyable and safe as possible and look forward to seeing you soon! You can also find our Indoor Visitation Guidelines on our website.
Vaccinated Participants: (all participants must be vaccinated; client and the 2 visitors):
Please be aware that the new Executive Order gives long-term-care facilities like Special Tree flexibility in how they evolve their practices as activities continue to loosen up. Indoor visitation guidelines and other policies may differ between facilities. At this time, the COVID-19 Watch Team is working on guidelines to safely resume other activities including communal dining, Leave of Absence (LOA), community outings, external physician appointments, and more.
Thank you for your ongoing patience and support as we work to keep our clients, staff, and communities safe. We'll continue to keep you up-to-date as we have news, and encourage you to reach out to your Case Manager with your questions and concerns.
