COVID-19 Update | December 4, 2021

We were notified this evening that a team member at NCC has tested positive for COVID-19 and is now on a 14-day quarantine. We continue to track our client and staff pending and confirmed cases on the COVID-19 page of our website. Based on new federal and state guidelines, visitation at the NeuroCare Campus remains open and the following protocols are in place:

Visitor Restrictions Are Now Lifted!

We’re so pleased to inform everyone that the visitation restrictions at the NeuroCare Campus have been lifted thanks to new federal and state guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the MDHHS!   The new guidelines direct long-term care facilities like Special Tree to open their doors to visitation regardless of a facility’s outbreak status.  The COVID-19 Watch Team has also lifted restrictions for LOAs and community outings effective today.  The following protocols are now in place at the NeuroCare Campus:

We were notified today that a team member at NCC has tested positive for COVID-19 during weekly outbreak testing for staff and clients. As a result, the following precautions remain in place at the NeuroCare Campus per MDHHS guidelines:

Visitation Resumes Tomorrow!
We are happy to announce that visitation will resume on Friday, November 5th at the NeuroCare Campus following negative results from our facility-wide outbreak testing this week! Clients will resume all activities prior to the 14-day quarantine including indoor/outdoor community outings and Leaves of Absence (LOA). We continue to track our client and staff pending and confirmed cases on the COVID-19 page of our website.
