COVID-19 Vaccine Update
Great news! CVS notified us today that they will tentatively be onsite at the NeuroCare Campus on January 7th to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to our NCC clients and staff. The vaccination is a two-dose process and the second dose will tentatively be administered on January 28th. We also wanted to share the news that this evening the FDA approved the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine which will add millions of doses to the U.S. supply.
Next Steps
On Monday, December 21st, members of the COVID-19 Watch Team will begin calling NCC family members and guardians to discuss the process for giving consent for NCC clients to be vaccinated. An email was sent this evening to current NeuroCare Campus clients, families, and friends with important information about the consent process that requires urgent action. Please contact your Special Tree Case Manager if you did not receive the email.
