At Special Tree, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. This belief was beautifully exemplified during a special breakfast held to celebrate our Hall of Fame inductees, a remarkable group of team members who have dedicated ten years or more to our mission. The occasion was not just a gathering; it was an acknowledgment of commitment, hard work, and the invaluable contributions that these individuals have made over the years.

This year, we gathered to honor a truly impressive collective service of 841 years. As we looked around the room, we were reminded of the countless hours these employees have devoted to the growth and success of our organization. The stories shared, the laughter, and the camaraderie served as a testament to the strong bonds that have formed over the years.

Throughout the breakfast, we celebrated not only the individual achievements of our “Ol' Timers” but also the collective spirit that has defined Special Tree for the past fifty years. Each inductee has played a pivotal role in shaping our culture and our mission, showcasing unwavering dedication and resilience that inspire all of us.

The celebration was infused with gratitude. Each Hall of Fame member received recognition for their service, and new this year, we added employee caricatures which will hang in the staff hallway connecting the north and south buildings. Our leadership team expressed sincere appreciation for their loyalty and commitment, reinforcing how critical they have been to our legacy.

As we look forward to the future, we are reminded that the foundation we stand on is built by those who have been with us through thick and thin. It is their willingness to embrace challenges, mentor new team members, and embody our values that has set the stage for our ongoing success.
